Do my credits expire?
Credits you buy - top-up packs or a free account's packs - never expire; they stay in your balance until you spend them. Monthly subscription credits are the exception: each plan grants a fresh allowance every billing cycle and any unused portion from the previous cycle is not carried over.
Can I export videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts?
Yes. ShadowTeck exports each clip in the correct aspect ratio for TikTok and Instagram Reels (9:16), square feed (1:1), and YouTube (16:9) in one click, with no manual cropping.
What happens if a generation fails?
A failed generation is automatically refunded to your credit balance and recorded in your history with an error message - credits are never lost silently.
