The three ways to use your own images
- Start frame. The clip begins from your image (image-to-video).
- End frame. The clip finishes on your image, on models that support it.
- Reference inputs. Images (and on some models video or audio) that guide the result without being the first or last frame.

Good to know
- Reference video can change the price on some models - the cost shown before you generate always reflects what you attached.
- Some models accept either a start frame or reference images, not both at once. The form tells you if a combination isn't allowed.
- For stills, image generation also supports editing with reference images on every image model.
- Your uploads live in your Assets library, so you can reuse them without uploading again.
